Using their holiday adventures as inspiration, the boys have begun their Performing Arts classes with a drama activity inspired by the book The Truth About My Unbelievable Summer by Davide Cali and Benjamin Chaude. It follows the story of a boy, whose lazy day at the beach turns into a round-the-world adventure, courtesy of his clever teacher. It has been lovely to catch up with all of the boys and hear a little about their summer break, and to be reminded of how vivid their imaginations are! I am always taken aback by the enthusiasm and confidence the boys display in Performing Arts. It has been a fabulous start to what is going to be a very exciting year.
