Ross House Appeal

The Ross House Appeal was a great success. Over 1000 nappies, 10 tins of baby formula, books, toys and games were donated to the Family Foundations Service at Uniting Care West. We also raised over $380 dollars through a sausage sizzle to contribute to food and fuel vouchers for these families in need. Luana Gomes from the FFS was at school to accept the donations, despite the fact the car was not quite big enough to fit all the items! (The FFS programme provides support to families with children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The programme supports families through providing meals, material assistance, psychological and emotional support, referral, education assistance, advice and information.)
