PLC Centenary Open Garden Day

The Scotch College community is warmly invited to the PLC Centenary Open Garden Day on Friday 30 October. This year, 10 beautiful and diverse gardens will open their gates to the public for a rare glimpse at some of Perth's most magnificent private properties.

Several of the talented gardeners and landscapers who have designed and maintained the gardens will be available on the day to answer questions. Other highlights include a display by Heritage Roses in Australia, cooking demonstration by Aristos, entertainment by PLC music ensembles, lunch and refreshments at the Garden Café and the ever-popular market stalls.

All gardens are within walking distance of PLC and a courtesy heritage tram will be available for travel between Manners Hill Park and the School, as well as bus pick-ups. Parking will be available at Manners Hill Park this year.

PLC Open Garden Day will be held from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm on Friday 30 October. Entry is $25 per person for adults, $15 for pension cardholders and free for children under 16. Tickets are available online at www.trybooking.com/IJCV or at the gardens on the day.
