Boys' Achievements
Joshua Fisher (Year 8, Stuart) has been selected in the Western Australian Men's Gymnastics State Team and competing in the national championships in Melbourne later this month.
Laine Mulvay (Year 8, St Andrews) has been selected in the Western Australian Men's Gymnastics State Team and competing in the national championships in Melbourne later this month.
Alex Milligan (Year 11, Brisbane) participated in the 2014 National Age Swimming Championships in Sydney during the term break. Alex won gold in his age group (16 and under) for both the 100m and 200m breaststroke events each in a personal best time, making him the Australian Age Champion for these events. His 16 and under 4 x 100 medley relay team also won gold, smashing the Australian record by over three seconds.
Lachlan MacKenzie(Year 10, Anderson) and Thomas Prior (Year 11, Stuart) have been selected in the WA Team to compete at the National Schools Water Polo Championships on the Sunshine Coast, QLD from June 1st to June 6th.
Charlie Grant (Year 12, Shearer) and Reece Grant (Year 12, Shearer) were part of the Western Australian Junior Gold Cup Rugby Union Team that went undefeated in the recent carnival to claim the National Title.
Adam Brenz-Verca (Year 8, Stuart) has won the sailing club championship at East Fremantle Yacht Club and metropolitan championship crewing for a senior in the 125 class. Adam is also club champion at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club skippering his boat in the 420 class. He is also crewing in the 125 state championships over Easter at Nedlands Yacht Club.
Scotch Sailing teams will represent Scotch during the Easter holidays at the State Secondary School Teams Racing Regatta in Mandurah. The boys involved are:
Team 1: William Allen (Year 9, Stuart), Harrison Ashbee (Year 8, Ross), George Boulden (Year 11, St Andrews), Andrew Briggs (Year 10, Cameron), Cameron McIntosh (Year 11, St Andrews), Conor McMurtrie (Year 11, Shearer) and Benjamin Walsh (Year 9, Ferguson)
Team 2: Hugh Allen (Year 10, Stuart), Antonio Baxter (Year 10, St Andrews), Piers Egerton-Warburton, (Year 11, Keys), Nicholas Gale (Year 10, Ferguson), James Hollingsworth (Year 10, Shearer), Micky Mallawarachi (Year 11, Cameron) and Liam Seagreen (Year 11, Ferguson).
Liam Seagreen (Year 11, Ferguson) competed in the Mandurah Easter Regatta and successfully defended his title by winning the 29er class title.
