The 3C boys enjoyed their first term in Year 3 immensely. They brought in wonderful family heirlooms and shared these with the class through an 'Explain Everything' presentation.
A highlight of the term was visiting Lake Claremont. The boys collected specimens from the lake and we had great fun sketching some of the different creatures that we had found in the ecosystem.
The boys love using their iPads in different subjects. They did a wonderful job of constructing 3D objects using marshmallows and matchsticks and then created a Pic Collage of the different 3D shapes. They also used Popplet to explain the difference between perimeter and area.
The boys are extremely busy at the moment preparing for NAPLAN and are looking forward an exciting term.
