ROTARY CLUB OF FRESHWATER BAY
Tenor Richard Symons and Soprano Isabelle Freeman will perform at a Fundraising Concert for the Rotary Club of Freshwater Bay on Saturday, 9 November.
Isabelle has a Bachelor of Music and Graduate Diploma in Classical Voice from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Her 2013 engagements include Soprano Soloist in Carl Orff's Carmina Burana at St George's Cathedral and Soprano Soloist with Western Australian Youth Orchestra's Music by Moonlight concert.
Richard, a Christchurch Grammar School old boy, recently performed in a WAAPA production of Little Women and the Western Australian Ballet's world premiere of Pinnochio. In November 2012 he was awarded the Sir Robert Askin Operatic Traveling Scholarship to pursue further training in New York in early 2014.
