Mothers' Auxillary
Mother's Auxiliary had their final meeting for 2013 today, Monday 21 October. It was followed by a morning tea for the Year 12 Mums to thank them for all their assistance over their time at Scotch.
Thank you to all those who volunteered at March Out last Friday, as usual we were overwhelmed with the support that is given by the parents to make occasions like these so special.
Valedictory Dinner preparations are underway. We will be requiring help on the day, Friday 28h November to set up the Dickinson Centre and as with tradition we will be calling on the Year 11 parents to help on the night. If you are able to give up some time could you email Sonia at soniamwee@gmail.com to let her know.
I would like to thank all those who have helped me over this year, especially Sonia Wee and Lisa Gagiero who consistently never say no to anything that I ask them to do and who are constantly calling me with offers to do more. Also to all the Senior School Reps, Junior School and Middle School Reps who continue to plan and organise ways to bring the Scotch community together.
We are seeking reps for 2014 and anyone who may be able to spare some time and energy please contact either I or Sonia.
We are also requiring a Vice President for next year, if you are interested in hearing more, or can recommend someone who may be interested, please email me at clairstanley@iinet.net.au
