The concept of a 'soul'
I have recently returned from some leave and despite the enjoyment of the trip, I am glad to be back.
I took some time to visit Scandinavia and Iceland, two places I have never been before.
The scenery was magnificent and the opportunity to sit and take it in, extraordinary. It made me consider again the wonder of creation and that feeling of peace and affinity that enables us to really relax.
During the next couple of weeks we will be considering the place of meditation in our lives. By meditation, I mean the ability to be still and allow the environment to wash over us.
As we explore the concept of a 'soul' , for me it is the affinity that we have with the creator, the environment and other people, there is a great opportunity for each of us to discover who we are and where peace is available.
